The Cutting Room Floor

This is part 2 of the backstory that was submitted to support my Trinity Blood fanfiction submissions to Sakura-Con 2007.  For those who haven't been exposed to the story of Trinity Blood, either in anime, manga or novel format, hopefully this will give some insight into where some of my references are coming from.  I intend to add to this over time, as I have the opportunity - this really just barely scratches the surface of the fandom!

This is the original opener for Chapter 5 of "In the Name of Power" (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/3207543/5/).  I eventually decided that this was far too early to get into Petros' character more fully (although if you see the next chapter... I didn't hold out for long) and switched points of view.  This is still rather cute, though... I like the image of poor fanatical Petros massacring a line of training dummies out of frustration with his orders.  :)

Well, here I am making a livejournal - and I hate journals.  I hate journals with a passion.  I hate the journals I post on DeviantArt too.  But... weirdly enough I'm making entries anyway, so I have NO IDEA what is going on.  Must be that insatiable desire to make some sort of imprint in the world - even if it is only on a server and ephemeral as the next massive lightning storm that fries the drives everything is backed up on.  

Wow, that's a bit pessimistic.  And here I'd bought stock in APCC (although they just sold it back to me because they're no longer publicly traded - evil, evil financial institutions).   

Anyway... I have a friend who uses LiveJournal as a posting spot for outtakes, cutscenes and otherwise unpublishable bits from her stories. It seems like a really fun idea, because some of those little bits just don't fit into the whole story but they're still interesting in their own way.... So here goes.  My own personal cutting room floor.
